Halloumi Special

Halloumi Special is a popular regional cheese that originates from the Mediterranean region, particularly Cyprus and Greece. It is a semi-hard, unripened cheese traditionally made from a combination of sheep's and goat's milk, although cow's milk is sometimes used. Halloumi Special is best served when heated, and it pairs exceptionally well with fresh vegetables, such as tomatoes and cucumbers, as well as mint and olive oil.
