A traditional Palestinian cheese named after the city of Nablus, where it originated. It is a semi-hard cheese made from a combination of sheep's and goat's milk, although some variations may use cow's milk. Nabulsi cheese has a smooth texture and a slightly salty and tangy flavor. It is often shaped into rectangular blocks and then brined, giving it a characteristic salty taste. This versatile cheese can be enjoyed in various ways, including grilling, frying, or simply eaten as a table cheese. It pairs well with traditional Middle Eastern dishes, such as falafel, hummus, and fresh bread.
